Six Feet Under's final episode aired last weekend in the States. After five successful seasons and countless funerals, break-ups, marriages, social indiscretions, betrayals, secrets, revelations and several babies, it was time for The Fishers and the funeral home that provided the scene for many of the show's storylines to say goodbye to our screens.

Here in Australia we still have a while to go before it finishes up, so if you DON'T want to know how it all ends, listening to the Alan Ball interview, a post-mortem of the show recorded on the 23rd August with Fresh Air's Terry Gross, might be hazardous.

A Land Flowing with Milk and Honey

Here's the most accurate picture to date of the Milky Way, based on data from Nasa's Spitzer Space Telescope, which has been collecting lots of new data through infra-red imaging (remember those new extra-solar planets discovered recently?) and now we have the Galaxy mapped out better than ever before. And isn't she beautiful?!

The galactic center (called "Hunab Ku" by the Maya) is also known as the Great Central Sun, the Source and the Center of a Galaxy and a Cosmos. It is the point of integration of the Spirit/Matter Cosmos, and the origin of all physical-spiritual creation. It is the nucleus, or white fire core, of the "Cosmic Egg". Sirius, the brightest star in the night sky, is said to be the focus of the Great Central Sun in our sector of the Galaxy.

According to researchers like William Henry and many others, it is the place where our souls originate from, and where they'll return to when we leave the body, but you need to get past the idea of thinking in terms of just three dimensions. I believe we are always connected to it through our chakra system and that through it we receive electro-magnetic impulses from the galactic core that govern many processes in our bodies and our consciousnesses. It is also intrisically connected to "natural" time (seasons, lunar cycles etc) as opposed to "artificial" time(clocks, gregorian calendars etc).

And to go even further out on my limb(again), if there is any kind of link there, could the 'bar" you can see extending out from the core in the center of the Galaxy be the "tunnel" that near death experiencers see before they reach "the light" at the other end?

Astronomers like Nasa's Professor Ed Churchwell (interesting name) said the bar "might be a corridor" down which matter falls into the black hole also purported to be located in the center of the Galaxy.

Could the black hole itself be the portal for our souls to travel through between this and others Galaxies in between incarnations? And of course, one must consider that when we leave the body, we aren't the "same size" as we were when in the body. Perhaps we become sub-atomic in size as Ramtha suggests, and "the light" reported by those who've come back from death's door is actually the photonic light at the heart of all creation, the light of the Great Central Sun. It would certainly explain why people who've had NDE's say that even though the light was very bright it never hurt their "eyes".

Was that a lot to take in? I'm sorry if it was, but this is the sort of stuff I live for. My friend Lemonade Lammar said something to me recently that really struck home. We'd been talking about some of our beliefs and experiences with some of the subject matter I talk about here, and she said, "I know I'm not crazy talking about this stuff because I know it's real for me. But ultimately I don't care if this is "real" or not. I'd rather be living this version of reality any day." I wholeheartedly agree.

These are the funniest searches I've come across that have led surfers here, and I have a feeling that I might have to start a sub-group in the awards category just for the searches that have " + cult" or "+ conspiracy" in them. You know, "Sharry Edwards + conspiracy" or my favourite, "James Twyman + cult" . James Twyman is a peace troubadour and does a lot of work with indigo kids, and Sharry Edwards is a healer and cutting edge researcher into the healing properties of sound. It's hilarious.

Site Meter have just added a new free function too, called "By World Map". It will show you where the last 1, 10 50 or100 hits on my site have come from geographically. It's so unreal because you can see your hit on the map. If you're curious, you can check it out here. Oh and by the way, North America I love you!

Radio Otherware

Listening: Some house music on the radio for a change, now that Kiss is back on air!

Feeling: Relaxed and stress-free. Loving the weekend full moon - the harvest moon up north. Celebrate at the table and give thanks to the earth this month.

A litttle under a couple of months ago I mentioned that Kiss-Fm had returned to the Melbourne airwaves. This has had many people around town very excited, including myself, as I'd been with the station since its inception in1993, and I was as dismayed as everyone else when it went off air after losing the bid for a community broadcast licence in 2001.

I will always feel really proud of the small part I played in it and the way that station took off and helped expose so much amazing talent and music during those years. It's part of Melbourne clubbing history forever now.

I started off doing Friday nights hosting Blast Off Sound System for years until I took it to Mondays, and when I returned to Melbourne after my eighteen month sojourn to Byron Bay in 1999, station manager Tim Byrne had me back on air just a week later to co-host the breakfast timeslot, a spot I ended up doing with at least three other co-hosts over the next couple of years. One of those incarnations had the best name for a breakfast show hosted by a couple of fiesty women- "Chicks on Toast". Maybe some of the locals out there will remember it.

Anyway, I'm very pleased to announce that I'll be returning to the Melbourne airwaves and Kiss Fm very soon. It's looking like sometime in September. Kiss can be streamed live over the net too, so if you've ever wondered what I might sound like (seeing I have so much to say), you could be bunking down for the night in a yurt in Mongolia, and you'll still be able to find out.

I'll let you all in on the details as we get closer to lift-off.

Congress of Illumination 1st Message

Today the Sirius Stargate closes for another year but in this "7" year, I feel that powerful, loving energies have been unleashed onto the planet through the collective efforts of many more than previously before, due to the call that went out last week. Humans everywhere are diligently holding their balance, and keeping their focus on love instead of fear. What a relief!

How have you been going with the Breath of Life? I've been teaching it to my yoga students this week and it's been so exciting to share it with them and to see their amazed reactions.

Personally, it's been quite a ride. The other day my vision changed!!! My physical vision, not my "clairvoyant" vision. I looked - with my physical eyes - into the fifth dimension, and it was beautiful!!

It was brief. Just a few seconds, but it happened at yoga on Tuesday night. I had just finished demonstrating a pose and my face was looking down towards the carpet. All of a sudden, the carpet, which had a blue checked pattern, looked different. The pattern stayed the same, it stayed in the same place in my vision, but it looked as though it was being projected onto a computer screen. Imagine seeing a picture of some carpet on your screen now. Yes, that's right. It was back-lit and crystal clear. Coooooooool!

It still took me by surprise though and I felt like one of those cartoon characters that have to shake their heads several times to see straight again, but after a couple of shakes(and trying to do it discreetly so my students wouldn't notice), my normal third-dimensional vision returned. It hasn't happened since, but what is happening a lot, and has been for a few months, is that I will sometimes see things through a haze, like you get up ahead on the road when it's really hot, and it will only be visible in certain parts of my view of the room or place I'm in. It's sort of like watching an unstable hologram that you couldn't see was a holgram until you saw the unstable bits.

I've just spent about 90 minutes transcribing the message that appears below because it is so important. Patty Rota-Cobles received this the day before the Congress was to begin. It's free to listen to at World Puja's site and having a listen to it is truly worth your time.

Message from the Legions of Light through Patty Cota-Robles 13/8/05

Namaste, Beloved.

We honour you as creator gods in the midst of experiencing the end of the great fallen illusion and the return of the Light. You are looked upon and loved dearly as some of the most respected and courageous of all of God's creations throughout all of time.

We remind you that by choice, you descended to planet earth, the mainland of negation, to live and serve as heroes in a transition stage. Your redemption is close at hand though we tell you that even we are ill-equipped to honour you sufficiently for what you have agreed to do.

We know the courage it took for you to descend willingly, into the ties of separation, further compounded by grids of fear, forcefields of ego-control and enemy-patterning.

We know the pain you have endured as a result of diverted dreams and we know what each and every one of you has been subjected to by the unrelenting ego in the lower realms of consciousness.

We know the depth of love you hold for the Divine to agree to be bound for centuries by the effects of a fear-based mass consciousness and an in-rush of unhappiness caused by an intensification of the outplaying of the lower human nature.

You Beloveds are highly revered because you stood willingly in the line of descension and agreed to all to prove that in spite of living in reverse conditions of God-consciousness you are capable of bringing a planet to Light and a species to Light and emerge triumphant with your love and your light blazing, like the great Central Sun, and your Christ-mind in full control. You, the modern-day disciples of the holiest of holies, are almost complete. You are surrounded by vast Legions of Love and light from universes and omniverses beyond even your deepest remembering.

We ask that you do not stop despite the intensification of the mutations of your physical bodies, and despite your mind and ego's attempts to amplify their illusory validity. It is necessary that we bring a few critical points of light to you as you come closer to your victory.

The first is that we have watched many of you switch your fascination from the goings-on and promises of the third dimension to the goings on and promises of the fifth dimension.

Though what is ahead for you is of great importance, the actions that are required for you to take NOW are of greater importance in preparing to live less emcumbered in the new world.

Every shift in consciousness comes with its own set of challenges. Don't exchange one trap for another. Stay fascinated only to the divine creator gods that you are and nourish and sustain your Divine Natures and Light Bodies.

We also notice that your human nature is still grasping for solutions and we understand the problem. In the moment you have feet, minds and responsibilities in more than one dimension as emerging continues to take place.

Many of you are confused at to how to live your life in a new order outside of time, with a new focus on what is tuly important to your spirit, not your personality, mind and ego. Human negative emotions, primarily sadness and despair rise up in grasping, whether for hope, solutions or for illumination. Cease grasping and you will cease suffering.

By now you must know that solutions come from a source far above what the human mind can comprehend. Cease grasping. A wise soul of Divine nature is not thrown off balance because it cannot render solutions. A wise fifth-dimensional soul loves whatever is or appears to be from a state of assuredness that all is in Divine right order and must play this out as this game of separation comes to a close. Whatever is troubling you, let it run out of your mind. Soon Beloved, there will be nothing left but a quiet mind and a guided path, rest assured.

We also ask that you stop running hither and yon for Truth. Truth seeks out all evolving beings in all the universes, from Sun Gods to neophytes. It is the great "I AM" that holds the lamp of Truth forwards throughout your continuing ascension throughout the Ages.

Beloved you never have to seek Truth through another, for it will always be wherever you are and in every experience you have if you will turn a deaf ear to the mind and ego. Whatever your experience, solitary or otherwise, quiet yourself. Open yourself up to quiet observation. Breathe and expand the Divine spark of light within your heart and just ask this simple question:

Was that the truth that just visited me?

You will always be met with an answer and balance will be restored.

And lastly we address fear, the great master-mind of the human undoing. Fear, the mis-appropriation of thought to experience both past and present, and the ill-conceived notion of what will be.

'Stop NOW" is the hark from the Legions of Light that battle on your behalf for your illumination. We cannot pierce your illusions of fear as a transition of human consciousness into the fifth dimension draws near. This battle, Beloved, rests upon you and you are fully equipped to reshape the energetic plasmas of lowly thoughts.

Fear is not only a mis-apprehension of life and its purpose, but more than that it is wrong custom. Fear has become a ritual in the mind of humans in regard to what is next and what is ahead and it must cease or you will slip through the cracks between the world of illusion and the kingdom of heaven. Beloved, we ask that you stop pitting yourself against yourself. There is nothing wrong with you that a participatory shift in nature will not cure. Beloved, stop pitting yourself against yourself for you are stripping away your own dignity and the dignity of the great "I AM" that lives and breathes and has it's expression of life through you.

You and the great I AM are one.

I AM that I AM.

You are a sacred tone flowing throughout the universe. You are a dispensation of God's sacred rays. You are the Divine planned frequency manifesting its dominion on Earth. Let all other identities leave your mind. Rest in these truths. All is well.

Enter the fifth dimension with grace. We are waiting for you with deep gratitude.

Intergalactic Love Story

I'm not really one for posting poetry, but this one arrived at my inbox today and you know, I realized I'd never read any starseed poetry before!

There is something in this that I think will resonate with many others out there, so if you're one of them, enjoy.

His back was to her as he stared out into space--
His sadness overwhelmed him, he could not look her in the face.
Arms folded, silent and stoic-- she could feel his pain.
She begged him to say bye to her, he wouldnt get this chance again.

They had discussed it time and again
And he fought her all the way--
Of all the volunteers they had,
Why was is it she who was leaving this day?

He didn't understand her choice
Why she was leaving him behind--
She tried to tell him her soul needed
To grow, and nothing could change her mind.

"Down through my lifetimes
I may not remember you
Each life I will learn and grow, and one day
You'll understand it too."

These words he heard so much but so stricken with grief was he--
He realized her choice was made and he had to set her free.
"Our love is not ending-- it's just on hold for a while,
Now turn around my love, and let me go with a smile."

He turned around, pulled her close and took her hands with his,
He leaned his head down to hers,
touching foreheads and said this:
"Though eons may pass, one thing will stay true--
No matter what happens, I will always love you."

She could see the sadness in his stoic tearless eyes
He pulled her close once more and gave a deep kiss goodbye.
And on the ship she boarded, looking back she could see his face
The ship pulled away from the dock and launched out into space.

He stayed close for many years as her first incarnation wore on
Then, making the same choice for himself, his incarnations then begun.
So on to Earth he came, living life after life after life
Both near yet so far, each learning though their strife.

Centuries wore on and neither knew of the other,
Till one day she awoke and realized there is another.
So she sits back and waits for the day that he will awaken,
And silently she watches, no chances are to be taken.

She ponders the lonliness he felt when she was the one who was gone,
As now she is the one who is left waiting for her long lost love to return.
Ascension's coming fast and her time is almost up,
Time to take the ship back home, and pick up where they left off.

Assonia's still there, so are the beaches and the triple sun,
The mountains and the domed city all await when the mission's done.
But for now, her earthlife is foremost on her mind
And she knows he is there, of whom she will find.

But until then,
their lives must go on
And she's content in knowing--
Together, they'll go home.

Jean Ederman (aka Eric Julien) gained international public attention as the organizer of the internet referendum two years ago asking the question: "Do You Want Extraterrestrials to Show Up ?". He came to be known to hundreds of thousands of internet viewers and his experiences have now appeared in articles such as "The Biggest Discovery of All Time" and the release of his new book, "The Science of Extraterrestrials," which is now being translated into English.

He is a rational man with a background in aeronautics as a miltary air traffic controller, commercial jet pilot and airport manager who has been experiencing contact with a race of blue-skinned ETs for more than fifteen years. Such a great weekend!

Patricia Arquette and Allison DuBois - "Medium"

Friday night I was lucky enough to squeeze in to a sold-out show to see the medium Allison Dubois give a talk at Leo's in St Kilda(with her husband Joe in tow), to the monthly gathering of "Sisters In Crime", a very literary collection of about 150 women crime writers and their friends. Allison has just completed a promotional tour of Australia and even though speaking to a group of predominantly lesbian crime writers in the back room at Leo's doesn't seem to be the sort of place for a touring US top-ranking medium to be speaking, it was perfect. Allison really does work for the District Attorney's office in the US and often helps crack unsolved homicide cases wide open with startling details that she "picks up" psychically, just like we see on Medium, the TV show based on her life.

She was unreal, and that meant a lot to me. There's nothing worse than being someone's fan and them turning out to be totally lame in real life. And yes, I've been a huge fan of "Medium" ever since it started airing here. It stood out like a sore thumb alongside the drivel we usually see on the box, not only because of it's fascinating subject matter, but because of the brilliant writing on the show. Actually, I can't really fault it. The casting is excellent (I've always had a thing for Patricia Arquette and she's up for an Emmy this year for her portrayal of Allison DuBois); I love the way it's been shot - it looks fabulous; the way it treats relationships is so refreshingly intelligent and loving, and for a show about murder and communicating with dead people, it's actually pretty funny. Oh, and did I say it very cleverly helps to validate and make more credible the work of top-level mediums/psychics/remote viewers to a mainstream audience? I couldn't ask for more. Well, except that since the new Dr Who series has been on...I got more anyway. But that's coming up later.

Later that night, Wonderland was fun. The crowd turned up a bit later than normal as it was freezing outside that night (we'd had snow in the outer suburbs the day before), but it was so good to see how so many of the old faces have become regulars at our new night alongside the fresh new faces. It's definitely going to be a great summer.

I had just woken up on Saturday and was in the process of sending an email to my list regarding the significance of the next few days and the breathing techniques that have been given to us to work with at this time when I received a call from Anita who runs The Studio, where I teach yoga, saying,"Can your burn down here on your bike?". I was sitting there, bleary-eyed and in my pajamas going, "Huh?", and thinking, "What's going on?", not sure whether I should be worried or not. Then she said, "Can you be here in 15 minutes?" Intrigued I said yes, to which she responded cryptically, "It's very special".

Well that was enough for me. I tore around the house, getting ready in record time and got to the Studio with minutes to spare. I walked in and the first thing I saw when I got to the top of the stairs were lots of shoes lined up along the wall on the rack there so I knew that a gathering was taking place. I found Anita and she told me that she really wanted me to be there because some people she knew had quickly organized this event because it involved "a stargate that had just opened" and as I'd mentioned the Sirius stargate to her a few days prior she thought that might be interested. Interested!? I took a look at the flyer and this is what it said:

"Ananara invites you to attend the next session of Sound Transference in communion with the Divine Feminine Rays of Completion through the Sacred and Divine Agreement of Mary Magdalene, Isis and the Divine Mother."

I was so happy. I hadn't realized how much I had longed to do some group work with the stargate energies before they got shut down for another year and I love doing anything with sacred sounds and helping to anchor the feminine energies for the next cycle. And as I'd already been doing the Hoy Breath breathing techniques I thought how good it would be to be able to teach that to the group. Then I remembered that I didn't bring anything with me and I'd need a copy of the instructions so I could read out the decrees. I was a bit bummed out but as these things turn out, as soon as we had all gathered, Ananara announced that after our meditation we were going to do the breathing after all as someone else in our group had just received the instructions that morning and had brought them with her! I love that stuff. In the end I did teach it to the group as I was the only one there who knew how to do it. It's such an affirmation to believe that whatever you need will be there.

By the way, I hope that some of you who are reading this have found the breathing exercises to be as good as I have. I really look forward to my mornings and evenings in a really different way now! And it feels so wonderful to connect with everyone else around the world at these times. I can feel hundreds of thousands.......maybe millions of others who are all doing this work. It feels like a very sacred time.

The meditation itself was incredibly powerful. The theme was "grace" - to accept it and acknowledge that we were being gifted with it at this time. It IS an amazing time for manifesting one's dreams (have you noticed?), on a personal and a planetary level, so collectively we envisioned the frequencies for the coming "Golden Age" coming towards us as ribbons of golden light, carrying codes and frequencies that we took into our DNA so we could broadcast these frequencies back out into the world. It's difficult to describe the way it felt, but my heart centre was bursting with the influx of this Divine loving energy. It wasn't just in me though. It was quite palpable in the room. I wish I had more time to explain why what we did was so powerful but there's too much to go into.

I have always known on some level that I have incarnated to do this work and to play my small role in the transformation process. Over the years I've been blessed to have known, loved and worked with many others from the soul group that I belong to, and on Saturday I knew that I was among 'my people' once again, doing some work that we have all agreed to do over countless lifetimes.

It involved working with sound in many ways including toning with Angelic Sound Healing, connecting at the heart level with the ascended masters, the Elohim, Mother Earth, the children, the Cetaceans (I had this brilliant "Dolphin moment" when we did that - remembered that I'd had a life/lives as a dolphin, which was bloody hilarious but eerily "right"...), connecting deeply with all the indigenous peoples, the animals, plants, crystals and the hearts of every living being on the planet.

And Ananara spoke to us at times in the ancient Language of Light. It was so stirring, so beautiful to listen to. She was working at such an advanced level that I was thrilled to have been invited there, and to be a part of the first wave of Lightworkers activating the planet on that Cosmic (13th) day.

Saturday night Toby's family had a grand reunion to celebrate his great aunt's 70th birthday so I got to meet all the members of his extended family that I hadn't met yet. Thankfully he comes from a kind and loving family who also happen to be natural comedians so it was pretty entertaining all night, but even though we didn't mind staying out all night we were both desperate to come home and watch the last episode of the new series of Dr Who.

We knew that it was going to be good but WOW!!!! It was everything and more that I could've wished for. Everything. I can't believe how emotionally involved I get in that show. I ache for it.

To top it all off, I find out that this week's guest on Dreamland is Barbara Hand Clow, author of numerous books including, The Pleiadian Agenda and Alchemy of the Nine Dimensions, and on Coast to Coast, my favourite Pleiadian/Andromedan contactee Dr Fred Bell was making an appearance, talking about none other than time travel, ETs, Pyradyne's Receptor and Projector,

and his wearable pyramids among other things. How utterly perfect.

Since getting my own Nuclear Receptor, you may have noticed that things have been happening for me in a very positive way. I know that my little bit of "alien fashion" has been part of helping me make that shift, and now watch out, I want to own the entire Pyradyne catalogue of products.

I've just been sent an 18-CD set (count 'em!) of Dr Bell's book The Promise in audio format, and Dr Bell is doing most of the talking! One of the CDs is called "An Overview of Hyperspace Travel", another is called "Scanning Atomic and Subatomic Structures/ Projecting Right Desire Onto the Astral Plane". Breath = Life

Before asking for any more favours from all of you out there, I made sure that before I posted this that I personally vetted the breathing technique described here to make sure it was something I'd like to pass along and....it was brilliant.

It may seem as though there are a lot of instructions below, but it's actually very simple to do and you can do it all in just a few minutes. Trust me when I say it is SO worth it.

It may be a simple technique however some of the concepts and terminology are only widely known among the esoteric community, so here's a quick explantion about the 12 chakras and the fifth dimension. Currently we have 7 main chakras or energy centres in our bodies, however there is a dimensional shift occuring as we speak that is allowing more and more of us to access fourth and fifth-dimensional reality as we approach 2012. We have fifth-dimensional light bodies that (will) have 12 energy centres, and these exercises will definitely help you connect with all your chakras and bodies I promise you! Expect tingles, shivers, rushes, flirtatious flushes and all manner of blissful states.

If we will do them each morning and night for the next seven days, our physical preparation will be accelerated by a quantum leap. When we consciously breathe in the Holy Breath of God, our I AM Presence awakens within us the remembrance of how the Holy Breath will assist in transforming our lives. The Holy Breath of God is our gift of Life. It is the vehicle that unites us with our omniscient, omnipresent, omnipotent Father-Mother God - All That Is.

The Holy Breath creates the sacred space that allows us to be One with the multidimensional aspects of our own Divinity and One with the whole of Creation. Through God's Holy Breath we are able to commune with the multidimensional aspects of our own Divinity, and our physical, etheric, mental and emotional bodies are energized and sustained in the world of form. This gift of Life is designed to restore, rejuvenate, revitalize and transform our Earthly bodies into Bodies of Light and powerful Temples of the Living God. The following breathing exercises will enliven every cell in our bodies and clear away the frequencies of vibration that are less than the limitless physical perfection of the 5th Dimension. FIRST BREATHING EXERCISE (stated in the 1st person)
I begin by exhaling all of the air from my lungs. Now, standing straight, my feet together and my arms relaxed and resting at my side, I affirm with deep feeling:

"I AM breathing in the Holy Breath of God."

As I inhale, I turn my palms facing upward and slowly raise my arms up from my sides and extend them over my head. I hold my breath within my body and visualize a brilliant shaft of Light pulsating with all 12 Solar Aspects of Deity pouring forth from the very Heart of God. This shaft of Light descends into my Crown Chakra and blazes down my Solar Spine into my12 Solar Chakras. As I continue to hold the Holy Breath of God within my body, this scintillating Light expands out through my meridians into every cell of my body. Now, I slowly exhale and affirm with deep feeling:

"I AM breathing out the Holy Breath of God."

As I exhale, I turn my palms facing outward and slowly lower my arms back down to my sides. I hold my breath out and visualize the mighty shaft of Light descending through my Solar Spine into the center of the Earth. The Light from the very Heart of God merges with the Divine Momentum in thecore of Mother Earth and expands out through the Crystal Grid System to envelop the entire planet and all Life evolving here. I breathe normally for a moment; then I repeat the Holy Breath three more times.

This Holy Breath exercise is done once for my physical body and the physical stratum of Earth, once for my etheric body and the etheric stratum of Earth, once for my mental body and the mental stratum of Earth and once for my emotional body and the emotional stratum of Earth. After the four Holy Breaths, I decree:

"I AM the Holy Breath of God restoring, revitalizing, rejuvenating and transforming my Earthly bodies into 5th-Dimensional Solar Light Bodies of limitless physical perfection. Every cell, every atomic and sub-atomic particle and every wave within my physical, etheric, mental and emotional bodies is now pulsating with the 12 Solar Aspects of Deity, which continually raise and Transfigure this Temple of the Living God."

SECOND BREATHING EXERCISE
Now, with the twelve 5th-Dimensional Solar Aspects of Deity blazing through my 5th-Dimensional Solar Spine and my twelve Solar Chakras, I utilize the Holy Breath of God to infuse my bodies with the Divine Qualities of Eternal Youth, Vibrant Health and Limitless Physical Perfection. I stand with my arms at my side, and I slowly breath in the Holy Breath of God. As I do, I raise my arms forward over my head and gently bend backward as far as I comfortably can without any stress on my spine. I now hold the Holy Breath of God within my body and slowly bend forward as faras I comfortably can. Still holding the Holy Breath, I straighten my spine and raise my arms up over my head again gently bending backward with my face looking Heavenward.

I now exhale slowly and lower my arms to my side.I relax and breathe normally for a moment. Then I repeat the Holy Breath three more times. This Holy Breath exercise is done once for my physical body, once for my etheric body, once for my mental body and once for my emotional body. After completing the four Holy Breaths, I decree:

"I AM filled with the Holy Breath of God and the Divine Light that revitalizes and Transfigures my Earthly bodies. Every one of my cells is now empowered with the Divine Qualities of Eternal Youth, Vibrant Health and Limitless Physical Perfection. The positive effects associated with these two Holy Breath exercises are increasing daily and hourly with every breath I take.

"I AM eternally grateful for this sacred opportunity and for the Holy Breath of God, which I now embody. And so it is. Beloved I AM, I AM, I AM."

AFFIRMATION OF HEALING

"I AM the Holy Breath of God, and with every breath I take, I AM expanding the 12 Solar Aspects of Deity through my 5th-Dimensional Solar Spine and Chakras. Through the power of this Light, any vibrating impulses in my physical, etheric, mental and emotional bodies that are less than the limitless physical perfection of my Solar Light Bodies are instantly transmuted. My I AM Presence now fills my bodies with God's Healing Light, replacing these vibrations with Love and Harmony.

"Through God's Holy Breath and Healing Light, every cell in my Earthly bodies is revivified and Transfigured. I AM now the physical manifestation of my full Divine Potential. What I affirm for myself I affirm for my Loved Ones and all Humanity.

I received this at around the same time that I found out about the 19th World Congress on Illumination and the message from another gifted channel Patricia Diane Cota-Robles, which appears in the next post. It not only supports Patricia's message perfectly, it provides more detail regarding certain astrological influences to be aware of at this time and the relationship between the soon-to-close Sirius Stargate and the "unfathomable" oppportunity we are being given to act as one Humanity over the next 11 days - which could result in some remarkable changes in our personal and planetary lives. The Sirius Stargate and the 8:8 Harmonic : Moving to Higher Levels of Consciousness

Dearest Lightworkers, this month the intense and radiant energy from the Galactic center continues to enter the Earth's Crystal grid System through the Sirius stargate. This will peak between the 8th and the 13th of August, and then the Gate will begin to close. The energy will continue at a high level, until the Full Moon on the 19th August. So, the period between the New Moon on the 5th of August and the Full Moon on the 19th of August will be a time when you will open to new opportunities to be creative and to manifest your dreams. But you will also be challenged to hold your Inner Balance in this turbulent time of transition and change.

The 8:8 Harmonic and Moving to Higher Levels of the Collective Consciousness on Planet Earth

Dearest Ones, this is a time when the Planet and its inhabitants are given the opportunity to accelerate their evolution through shifting to a higher level of consciousness. In this cycle between the 5th and the19th, you will all be given the choice to shift to new levels of adventure and exploration in your conscious growth.

This can be done on an individual basis, but also collectively if the Human Collective Consciousness can lift into the accelerated energy. However, if events are manipulated so that global negativity and negative emotions can be aroused, then this shift can be slowed or blocked. So, dearest ones, it is even more important that you hold your energy and remember who you are. You are here to hold the frequency for continued evolution to Higher Levels of Consciousness. This means focusing on Love and Peace and the belief in the Oneness of the Human Family.

Soulmates and the Initiation of Relationship

In this month, the sun will be in Passionate and Fiery Leo until the 23rd. Mars is in Taurus, and Venus moves into Libra, both houses ruled by Venus, the planet of Love, Harmony, Beauty and Marriage or Union. But, Saturn is also present, at 2 degrees of Leo, meaning that there are deep transformations and learning to be experienced by Earth's people as well.

So, dearest ones, in this next Saturn cycle of two years, and beginning at this time, many of you have chosen to undergo the Initiation of the Soulmate Union or Relationship. This is the Highest form of Soul Bond possible to a Human when it is transmuted into the"Twin Flame" state. It is a privilege, and the work of Conscious and Awakened beings. But, it is also a powerful initiation that requires Courage, Discipline, Balance and the absolute ability to practice Acceptance and Unconditional Love.

There will be many of you who will step forward to take this initiation at this time. It will not be easy, but your courage and the guidance from the Higher Dimensions will mean that those who do succeed will create patterns and pathways to make this easier for others.

The Sirius "Sapphire Crystal Aura" and the "Royal" Sapphire Children

As you lift into the radiant Christ Consciousness energies of the Sirius Light, you have reached a point where certain individuals on the Planet are able to integrate the beautiful Sapphire Blue Ray that emanates from Sirius. This Sapphire Crystal Aura is seen together with radiant stars of Diamond Light.

In ancient Egypt, this advanced Auric configuration was held by the Pharaoh and his family, and its code names were "the Blue Nile" and "the White Nile" These represented the Fifth Dimension (blue) and the Ninth Dimension (white). It was the function of the Royal family and especially the Pharaoh, to hold the balance between these two levels in order to ensure abundance, prosperity and peaceful balance in Egypt.

At this point, many of you will take on the Sapphire and Diamond energies as you hold the Fifth and Ninth Dimensional energies in order to bring abundance, prosperity and peace back to the Planet. This is a great privilege that is extended to you at this time.
